About the role
We are looking for a part-time Video Animator to produce motion graphics and video content for our marketing team. The role is focused on creating high-quality animations that represent our brand — from short-form social content to promotional videos and motion graphics that communicate what we do with clarity and impact.
You will be working within our visual identity, so the expectation is that every piece of content you deliver is on-brand, professionally finished, and ready to publish. This is not a concept role — it is a production role for someone who is fast, reliable, and knows the financial space.
What you'll do
- Produce motion graphics, animated social content, promotional videos, and branded video assets for the marketing team.
- Translate marketing briefs into polished video deliverables consistent with our visual standards.
- Work to deadlines and communicate proactively — the team moves at pace and needs someone who can match it.
- Iterate on feedback efficiently and deliver final exports in the required formats and specifications.
- Keep project files organized and structured for easy access and future revisions.
Requirements
Required tools
- Adobe After Effects — primary tool; proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Adobe Premiere Pro or similar for video editing and export.
- Familiarity with Figma or Illustrator for working with brand assets.
- Ability to export cleanly for multiple platforms (social, web, paid ads).
Industry experience
- Prior animation work in finance is required — crypto, prop firms, brokers, fintech, or similar.
- Understanding of the tone, pacing, and professionalism expected in financial video content.
- Proven track record of delivering within a defined brand identity at a consistent standard.
